Effective immediately, we’re offering our customers optional 24/7 first-level support for the following public cloud products:



By expanding our service offer, we’re ensuring that we can be on hand to handle support requests even outside our regular business hours (at night, on weekends, or on public holidays) – which in turn means that we can provide full service to our international customers.


To receive the quickest possible assistance, contact the support team using the support button located directly in the user interface. This also enables automatic screenshot generation and transmission of additional information to facilitate effective ticket processing.
