Processing takes place in Switzerland by Fabasoft, without passing data on to third parties. None with Fabasoft OneGov. The process library and all customisation options are included as standard. New specialist processes are added continuously and are available to all customers. You design your own workflows with the BPMN 2.0 process designer without programming skills. There are no additional costs from modules purchased later.
Yes. Fabasoft OneGov has numerous interfaces to specialist applications and surrounding systems, from the residents’ register to financial software. Existing systems remain in use and duplicate data entry is eliminated. Fabasoft Switzerland is a member of the eCH expert group for political affairs and works consistently with open standards.
Yes. Fabasoft OneGov supports AGOV, the government login, and the e-ID. Staff log in with their existing government login, without an additional password and without separate user management.
What matters is not where the system is operated but verifiable control over the data. Fabasoft OneGov runs cloud-native in two redundant Swiss data centres with audits and certifications according to BSI C5, ISO 27001 and 27018, ISAE 3000 SOC2 and 3402 Type 2 as well as EU Cloud CoC Level 3. This gives administrations a level of security that in-house server rooms generally cannot reach, without having to build their own IT infrastructure.
