Yes. Fabasoft OneGov enables legally valid signing with the qualified electronic signature (QES) via the providers SwissSign, Skribble and DeepSign. Resolutions, administrative decisions and contracts can thus be signed directly in the system, without switching between media and with legal certainty, without printing and without a separate signature tool.
The user interface and content are available in several languages, including English, German, French and Italian. For collaboration across language borders, the integrated AI translates doc-uments into more than 20 languages. This is particularly suitable for multilingual cantons and for organisations throughout Switzerland.
Fabasoft OneGov is cloud-native software, and updates are carried out automatically by Fabasoft Switzerland. New features and security updates are available without installation effort and without downtime. Administrations always work with the current version, without maintenance of their own. For larger organisations with their own IT, operation in their own data centre is also possible on request.
