Access and identity
Staff and external participants log in with existing, verified identities.
AGOV
Staff log in with AGOV, the government login, without additional login credentials. Fabasoft OneGov is certified by the Swiss Federal Chancellery for connection to AGOV. This reduces administrative effort and increases security at access.
e-ID
Staff and external participants use the state-recognised e-ID as a means of authentication. This allows them to access cases and dossiers with a verified digital identity. Access remains clearly attributable and logged without gaps.
Single Sign-On
Administrations use their own identity provider based on SAML 2.0 or OpenID Connect for login. Through Microsoft Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS), staff log in with their familiar account. This saves a second user administration and keeps access control with the administration.
OAuth2
Fabasoft OneGov supports OAuth2 for secure, standardised authentication of applications and services. Connected systems thus access content in a controlled way, without passing on credentials. This increases security and simplifies the connection of further applications.
Creating and editing documents
Staff work with their familiar tools, while the legally binding filing remains in the dossier.
Microsoft 365
Staff edit documents in Word, Excel and PowerPoint and emails in Outlook directly from Fabasoft OneGov: upload documents, import emails from Outlook, insert fields and text modules. With Office Online, several people edit the same document together, without installation. All versions remain traceable in the dossier.
Microsoft Teams
Staff add teamrooms, folders or calendars from Fabasoft OneGov as their own tabs in their Teams channels. They search for content directly in Teams and share it in channels or private chats. This way everyone involved keeps working in Teams, while the legally binding filing stays in the dossier.
WebDAV
Via WebDAV, administrations integrate Fabasoft OneGov directly into Windows Explorer. Staff browse and manage content in the familiar hierarchical view. This makes it easier to get started for everyone who is used to folder structures.
Docugate
Docugate generates documents automatically from templates and metadata from Fabasoft OneGov. Correspondence, permits and administrative decisions are produced in a uniform layout, without manual copying and pasting. This saves time and keeps the appearance consistent.
primedocs
With primedocs, administrations create documents from templates and text modules maintained in one place. primedocs takes over the data from the dossier automatically. Templates stay up to date and in line with the corporate design, without every office maintaining its own versions.
officeatwork
officeatwork connects template management with Microsoft 365 and Fabasoft OneGov. Users start new documents directly from verified templates, enriched with metadata from the case. This reduces errors in document creation and keeps the layout uniform.
Signing and sending
Resolutions, administrative decisions and correspondence stay digital throughout, from signature to dispatch.
SwissSign
Signatories sign documents with legal validity using the qualified electronic signature (QES) from SwissSign. Signing takes place directly in the system, without printing and without switching between media. Resolutions, administrative decisions and contracts stay digital throughout.
Skribble
Skribble enables legally valid signing according to ZertES and eIDAS, optionally with a simple, advanced or qualified signature. The connection takes signatories directly from the dossier to the signing process. The signed document then returns to the right place.
DeepSign
With DeepSign, participants sign documents electronically and with legal certainty, including across organisations. Fabasoft OneGov displays the signature status in the case at any time. This keeps approvals traceably documented.
ePost (coming soon)
Via ePost, the digital mailbox of Swiss Post, administrations receive and send correspondence digitally. Incoming mail arrives in Fabasoft OneGov in a structured way, and Fabasoft OneGov assigns it to the right case. The physical postal route is eliminated where it is not needed.
Connecting specialist applications and surrounding systems
Open, vendor-independent standards keep connections and APIs maintainable in the long term.
eCH standards
Fabasoft OneGov supports the eCH standards of the Swiss e-government landscape for the exchange of dossiers, documents and case context. Administrations can thus exchange documents across organisations. Fabasoft Schweiz contributes to the eCH expert group for political affairs.
OpenAPI
Fabasoft OneGov provides interfaces based on the OpenAPI specification. Developers use them to connect specialist applications in a standardised way, without proprietary formats. This speeds up integration projects and keeps connections maintainable in the long term.
CMIS
Via the CMIS interface, third-party systems access content in Fabasoft OneGov in a standardised way. Content Management Interoperability Services is a vendor-independent standard for document management. Connections thus remain independent of individual vendors.
OData
Via the OData protocol, analysis and BI tools access structured data from Fabasoft OneGov. Administrations use it to analyse case figures and processing times in their familiar tools. This produces key figures for steering without exporting data manually.
Archiving and transfer
Dossiers pass seamlessly into the archive at the end of their lifecycle.
Standard-compliant transfer according to eCH-0160 (SIP)
Based on the Swiss e-government standard eCH-0160, Fabasoft OneGov generates valid Submission Information Packages (SIP). Fabasoft OneGov packages dossiers, documents and structured metadata without loss and in line with archival requirements for long-term preservation. Cases thus remain traceably preserved beyond their active life.
Handover to digital long-term archives
Fabasoft OneGov hands over the generated SIP packages to digital long-term archives via automated interfaces, specialist connections or secure file transfers. Administrations choose the route that suits their archive information system (AIS). This way, records pass from active processing into permanent preservation without a break between systems.
