Fabasoft has local contractual partners in Austria (Fabasoft Austria GmbH), Germany (Fabasoft Deutschland GmbH) and Switzerland (Fabasoft 4teamwork AG). The local contractual partner depends on multiple factors, e.g. on the venue of the training or the Fabasoft company associated with the respective training content. In the case of online training, the contractual partner is Fabasoft Austria GmbH by default. All contracts are adapted to the national law of each of these countries. This guarantees you full legal security, allowing you to satisfy your organisation's compliance rules.
