Federal Administration Germany
The Federal electronic records management (E-Akte Bund) is ready for implementation as the basic service for the federal administration. Since 2 September 2019 the Federal Agency for Civic Education (bpb) has officially become the third authority after the Federal Office of Justice (BfJ) and the Federal Ministry of Finance (BMF) to start pilot operation of the Federal electronic records management (E-Akte Bund).
Free State of Bavaria
The e-file Bavaria has become the central hub of administrative work and is now the basis for e-government in Bavaria. The creation of an interface to specialist processes enables seamless electronic mapping of procedures from the first contact through to notification by the authorities.
Federal State of Rhineland-Palatine
The nation-wide roll-out of the e-file in the State Chancellery and ministries has been underway since September 2018. The introduction has been completed successfully in five authorities. Approximately 1,400 employees are currently working with the electronic file.
