In Germany, “E-Akte” and “E-Vorgangsbearbeitung” are names for the electronic, process-based processing of business cases. Its specification was originally effected within the DOMEA concept, which was defined by the German government’s coordination and information center for information technology in the federal administration. It was later replaced by the concept “E-Verwaltungsarbeit” (electronic administrative work). The aim of this concept is to give organisational assistance to public authorities that want to introduce electronic files or electronic process handling.
The Fabasoft eGov-Suite is certified according to the DOMEA concept and can be used for “E-Akte” as well as “E-Vorgangsbearbeitung”. In addition, the Fabasoft eGov-Suite supports all supplements to the concept “E-Verwaltungsarbeit”, for example “E-Collaboration”.
The comprehensive portfolio of the Fabasoft eGov-Suite with its uniform UI and options for mobile use forms the basis of modern administration:
In Austria, “Elektronischer Akt” (ELAK) is the name for the electronic file processing according to the legal requirements of the authorities as well as the respective office rules. The requirements are stipulated in the ELAK concept of the Austrian Federal Chancellery.
Fabsoft eGov-Suite fulfills all requirements of the ELAK concept, and is therefore the basis for the implementation of the ELAK project in the federal area. In its Austrian specification (Edition AUT), it implements the requirements according to the ELAK concept and covers the requirements stipulated in the functional description. The Fabasoft eGov-Suite is a standardised product covering all phases of the ELAK core processes as well as all supplementary processes and administration.
In Switzerland, GEVER is a synonym for the electronic business management. Through systematic administration and quick availability of information, GEVER allows for both legally compliant as well as efficient processing of files.
In the course of the tender for GEVER, the Fabasoft eGov-Suite was certified as a standardised product covering the requirements comprehensively. Further development will be carried out in close cooperation with the program “GEVER Bund”.
Accessibility in the Fabasoft eGov-Suite
