Teamlead IT Consulting - focus on infrastructure (f/m/d)

This is what your new job looks like:

• You will take over the technical and disciplinary management of our Professional Services team in the Infrastructure Consulting division (Linz/Vienna) and expand it accordingly.
• You have a very good overview of the team, act as a competent manager and recognize the skills of your individual team members in order to be able to challenge and support them accordingly.
• You create clear and effective communication, can motivate and inspire your colleagues to give their best and thus achieve the defined goals.
• In your role, you will also oversee important infrastructure projects for our customers, take on complex tasks and thus increase customer satisfaction.

• You already have (several years of) professional and management experience in IT consulting with a focus on infrastructure and have a degree in IT.
• You impress with your engaging and empathetic personality, create a high level of trust and are the “rock in the surf” for your team.
• You are very structured, have a strong sense of responsibility and a solution-oriented way of working.
• Your excellent communication skills in German and English, combined with your assertiveness, enable you to quickly find your way around new structures and think outside the box.
