Internal IT-Service Desk (f/m/d)

IT Infrastructure · Linz · Full time

We are committed to transparency and equal treatment, therefore we particularly welcome applications from all age groups, regardless of gender, disabilities, origin, social and ethnic background, religion, ideology or sexual identity.

Would you like to become part of our indispensable IT support hero team and support your future colleagues with questions and problems around IT to make their everyday life easier?

We are looking for support to our Internal Production Systems team.

This is what your new job looks like:

  • As the first point of contact, you will handle a wide variety of technical inquiries regarding hardware and software for our internal users via ticket system, e-mail or telephone.
  • You take care of the administration of our workstation equipment (laptop, cell phone, etc.) and set up the workstations.
  • You support our video conferencing system and events (transmissions, etc.) and work on client management and hardware and software installations.

This is how we imagine you:

  • You have completed your education with a focus on IT or ideally already have some work experience in the area of IT services & helpdesk.
  • You know what Active Directory is and have already gained practical experience with it.
  • You know the concept of IP addresses and how subnets work.
  • Eventually you have knowledge in SCCM, RSA Netwitness, VMWare, Powershell as well as in the area of Linux.
  • You are willing to learn new things and your very good German and English skills complete your profile.

We really care for experts. That's why we offer:

  • first-class refreshments (breakfast, coffee, drinks, fruit, etc.) and beastly good team events
  • an inspiring work environment with state-of-the-art office standards
  • a stress-free, sustainable commute (generous support for the climate ticket and other annual network cards, free eShuttle from the train station to the HQ and back)
  • a monthly home office quota and flexitime (possibility to work your weekly hours in four days)
  • a carefree work-family balance (high-quality child and summer care in FABI's Kinderest at the Linz headquarters)
  • an above-average salary (at least EUR 3.000 gross monthly salary based on 38.5 hours per week, depending on your experience and qualifications)
  • … to be continued
