We are looking for another mastermind for our AI Competence Center!

This is what your new job looks like:

  • You will take care, together with our Head of Competence Center AI, of the development of AI models, including test and evaluation protocols.
  • One of your main tasks is the implementation of AI projects with a full experimental pipeline to improve model reliability.
  • You perform rigorous evaluations of experiments in Machine Learning and communicate the findings to the team.
  • You are always up to date with the latest AI technology and integrate this knowledge into existing systems.

This is how we imagine you:

  • You have a completed Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in computer science, mathematics, AI, etc. or are currently studying for one.
  • You have already gained experience in software development and software testing.
  • You have good knowledge of Python, Java, Kotlin, C#, are familiar with the use of Git and have a basic understanding of LLMs and evaluation metrics for machine learning.
  • You have already been involved in at least one AI project outside of your university education, for example in research or in a practical scenario.
  • You are able to communicate complex ideas clearly and have excellent communication skills in English as well as good German language skills.
  • You are willing to familiarize yourself with new subject areas and want to continuously deepen your existing knowledge.
