The actual approval process does not begin until the peer review is complete or all necessary feedback has been received. This ensures greater transparency and higher quality in the coordination process.
Classify documents in a structured manner with document coding
The new document coding system enables a clear and traceable structuring of documents. It is based on a hierarchical coding structure with a central coding root and coding nodes that can be expanded as needed.
Rules can be defined for the top level to dictate the structure of the entire system. This creates a uniform classification system that supports consistent code assignment. With additional subnodes, even complex organizational structures can be flexibly mapped.
Documents can be directly linked to the appropriate codes. This not only improves organization but also makes it easier to locate specific documents in large-scale projects or archives.
