What to expect
This webinar is only available in German.
The end of the year and therefore also the implementation deadline for the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) are in sight. Time to take a look at the experiences and challenges to date. How well prepared is the financial sector for the regulatory documentation and reporting obligations? For example, only 44 German companies took part in the "dry run" of the European supervisory authorities and submitted an elaborated register of information. Can the requirements of DORA still be implemented in time by January 17, 2025?
Key points:
- Status quo of the implementation of regulatory requirements
- Insights gained from the ESAs' dry run to create the register of information
- Need for digitalization along the outsourcing process?
Speaker:
- Dominik Schäfer, Bundesbank Director, Deutsche Bundesbank
- Johannes Haupt, Business Continuity Manager, DZ Bank AG
- Robin Schmeisser, Managing Director, Fabasoft Contracts GmbH
