Already in 2025, Fabasoft Dora supported financial institutions in their first submission of the register of information through automatically generated audit reports. For the upcoming submission 2026, the system already incorporates the new validation rules in accordance with EBA guidelines. Additional automations in data capture further streamline the lean input process for creating an ICT third-party service.
Contract analysis using AI-powered checklists
AI-powered, customizable checklists verify that ICT contracts comply with the minimum contractual requirements specified by DORA and the associated RTS. The AI identifies risks in the contracts and presents them transparently. It also enables the rapid creation of supplementary agreements using a clause library. The system independently initiates the subsequent digital approval process, automatically involving the responsible parties based on the contract.
AI chat and summaries
The tool enables ad hoc information queries via an integrated chat function. For questions about specific contract terms, such as "Does data processing take place outside of Europe?," the AI provides an answer from the document within seconds, complete with a traceable source reference. Summaries of the most important contract terms can also be generated in any language.
AI technology without compromising security
As market awareness of digital sovereignty grows, the demand among software providers for European, GDPR-compliant solutions is increasing. Fabasoft Dora, an Austrian software, offers data locations in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Its independent certifications and attestations, such as the EU Cloud Code of Conduct Level 3 and the BSI C5 certificate, confirm compliance with the highest data protection and IT security standards.
Outlook
The roadmap includes further development of supplier evaluation questionnaires, with a particular focus on integrating digital templates and AI, for example, for automating the verification of submitted responses.
