Your mission:
You design AI innovations in close collaboration with product and project teams and help turn new ideas into actionable implementations.
You evaluate and implement state-of-the-art AI technologies for concrete business applications.
You stay up to date with the latest developments, analyze new research findings, and translate them into practical solutions.
- You share your knowledge with colleagues, strengthen internal AI expertise, and drive the technical advancement of the organization forward.
Your profile:
A completed degree in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field, along with several years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing AI/ML solutions, ideally in a corporate environment.
Current experience with modern AI technologies such as retrieval-augmented generation, advanced prompt engineering, and multi-agent architectures, as well as a deep understanding of deep neural networks.
Confident working in agile development environments (Scrum, CI/CD, iterative processes) and in integrating AI into enterprise systems.
Strong communication and presentation skills in both German and English, enabling you to clearly explain complex AI concepts to different target audiences.
A high level of initiative, curiosity, and enthusiasm for experimenting with the latest AI technologies.
