This is what your new job looks like:
- You are the main point of contact for our specialist departments (primarily from Finance & Administration) on the topic of process consulting and digitalization of our internal business processes.
- You analyze our processes in terms of efficiency, identify potential for improvement and have the technical skills to implement the adjustments directly in our business application.
- You coordinate the implementation, from requirements and test management to final acceptance by the specialist departments and provide support in the ongoing operation of these processes.
- You create user manuals, process documentation and moderate workshops and training sessions with your colleagues.
- You will actively contribute your expertise to the introduction of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and SuccessFactors.
This is how we see you:
- You have completed a technical degree (e.g. business informatics), have several years of professional experience in a similar environment and have excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
- You have a solid technical understanding of application management and business processes and have experience with common methods and standards in process management (e.g. BPMN).
- You work in a structured manner, have a strong sense of responsibility and a results-oriented mindset.
- Your excellent communication skills in German and English, combined with your assertiveness, enable you to quickly find your way around new structures and think outside the box.
