We are expanding our (3rd level) support team!
This is what your new job looks like:
- Your core task is Level 3 support for our enterprise products in the on-premises environment.
- You are the competent point of contact for our IT solution’s international customers (mainly in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland), and simultaneously the final authority for (3rd level) support requests.
- You take care of classifying and prioritizing requests as well as finding solutions and solving problems independently.
- You have completed your technical education and ideally already have experience in 3rd level support.
- You work with client and server operating systems (Microsoft Windows and Linux) and contribute your expertise in relational database systems and web technologies.
- You are known for your solution- and customer-oriented approach, your team spirit, and your impeccable German language skills.
- You have a high degree of initiative and precision, along with perseverance and assertiveness, as well as a very good command of German.
