We are expanding our Enterprise Support Team (3rd Level)!
This is what your new job looks like:
- Your core task is the 3rd level support for our enterprise products in the on-premises environment.
- You are the competent contact person for international customers (mainly in the DACH region) of our IT solution and at the same time the last instance for support requests (3rd level).
- You take care of the classification and prioritization of the requests as well as the independent solution finding and problem solving.
This is how we imagine you:
- You have completed a technical education and ideally already have experience in 3rd level support.
- You work with client and server operating systems (Microsoft Windows and Linux) and have knowledge of relational database systems and web technologies.
- Your solution- and customer-oriented way of working, your team spirit and perfect German language skills distinguish you.
- You have a high degree of initiative, accuracy as well as perseverance and assertiveness.
