On June 19 and 20, 2024, the 20th ADV e-Government Conference took place at the Ursulinenhof in Linz. The motto of the event was "Digital. Sovereign. Future-proof". The focus was on digital services, sustainable digitalization, cybersecurity and artificial intelligence.
The congress offered participants the opportunity to find out about the latest developments in the field of digital public administration. Presentations and discussion panels, which dealt with topics such as ID Austria, digital humanism, smart city initiatives and current trends, provided visitors with significant professional added value.
Peter Haunold, Head of Business Development AT, and Michael Hettlinger, Senior Pre-Sales Manager, explained in their presentation how Fabasoft Online Services and Done! on Fabasoft eGov help to increase efficiency and service quality. They also explained how the right use of AI can increase the satisfaction of employees, citizens and companies.
Many interested parties and customers visited the Fabasoft eGov trade fair stand.
