Control 2025: A resounding success for the QA industry
From May 6 to 9, 2025, the 37th Control, the international trade fair for quality assurance, took place in Stuttgart. With 500 exhibitors, including 180 from abroad, and more than 20,000 visitors from 70 countries, the trade fair confirmed its importance as a leading platform for quality assurance technologies.
Fabasoft Approve: Fabasoft Approve: AI-supported quality management in practice
The Fabasoft Approve experts presented their AI-supported document and quality management system at Control 2025. Using live demos, the team illustrated how companies can optimize their quality processes through digitalization and the use of AI.
The various application possibilities as a holistic computer-aided quality system were presented using concrete use cases, including an AI-supported 8D process, FMEA, and smart audit management. These examples demonstrated in a practical way how AI reduces manual effort and increases efficiency.
Focus on practical AI examples in the presentation by Andreas Dangl
On May 6, Andreas Dangl, Managing Director of Fabasoft Approve GmbH, gave a presentation on “Practical examples of the use of AI in quality management.” This was met with great interest and offered the audience valuable insights into the application of AI in cross-company quality processes.
“Quality Race” and award-winning barista as wow factor
Fabasoft Approve also attracted attention beyond the technical presentation. At the “Quality Race,” trade fair visitors were able to test their skills and reflexes in a playful way with the help of app-controlled balls.
In addition, an award-winning barista (runner-up in the German Barista Championships 2025 and third place in the German Latte Art/Barista Championships 2022 & 2024) once again treated guests to what is probably the best coffee at the trade fair this year, making the Fabasoft Approve stand once again a popular meeting place.
