Fabasoft AG withdraws own shares
The Managing Board of Fabasoft AG (ISIN AT0000785407) resolved on 17 October 2008, further to approval granted in the Annual General Meeting of 26 June 2007, to withdraw all, i.e. 946,460, of its own shares.
This withdrawal represents a reduction in share capital to EUR 8,518,140, which corresponds to 8,518,140 individual share certificates.
