Who are we?

Fabasoft Oblivation is a startup within the Fabasoft Group. We are building an AI-powered sustainability reporting solution and recommendation engine designed to help companies achieve ESG reporting compliance and have a more positive impact on the environment and society.

Sustainability teams spend huge amounts of time manually searching for data, drafting responses to ratings questionnaires, and writing sustainability reports. We help to automate these tasks, and to advance their sustainability strategy and progress toward sustainability targets using LLM technology.

This is what your new job looks like:

• You lead the project management of CDP and CSRD reporting automation projects using a best-in-class product and the latest AI technologies.
• You work directly with customers and our product development team to generate the best possible automated responses to the CDP 2024 questionnaire and ESRS reporting standards.
• You leverage your curiosity and expertise in sustainability reporting, knowing how to practically deploy these new technologies to solve challenging issues for sustainability teams, including capturing Scope-3 data and responding to voluntary ESRS inquiries in Europe.
• You collaborate with the Fabasoft Oblivation team and colleagues within the Fabasoft organization, developing models and concepts that offer innovative solutions to sustainability reporting challenges.
• You work with your new colleagues to co-develop thought leadership articles that solve problems and create value for sustainability teams.
• You follow developments in the regulatory environment and in the ESG context, so you are always up to date and implement these innovations together with the team.

How we imagine you:

• You are a curious and creative Sustainability Consultant, who enjoys working directly with our customers' sustainability managers and aims to streamline their daily work using innovative technologies.
• You have professional experience with sustainability reporting projects, with experience in End-to-End CDP reporting projects being advantageous.
• You are familiar with sustainability regulations and reporting frameworks such as CDP, TCFD, GRI, SASB, and you enjoy furthering your knowledge in this area.
• You are excited about advancing your career in a leadership consulting position at the intersection of advanced technology and sustainability reporting.
• With your mindset, you thrive on working directly with customers, proactively bringing your ideas to the table, and communicating confidently in both German and English.
