Purchasing employee (f/m/d)

This is what your new job looks like:

• You will be responsible for master data maintenance, posting of goods receipts, invoice control and filing organization.
• You will support our purchasing department in day-to-day operations (order processing, processing supplier inquiries, obtaining quotes, tracking delivery dates, processing complaints, etc.).
• You will ensure smooth correspondence with internal departments and external partners.
• One of your tasks is the creation of evaluations and reports.

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have already gained some professional experience in the commercial field or, at best, have already gained experience in the field of purchasing.
• Your way of working is very precise, solution-oriented and structured.
• You have a quick grasp and good commercial knowledge.
• You have very good MS-Office and English skills and want to grow with new challenges.
• You have an independent, committed and conscientious personality with strong communication and organizational skills.
