We are continuing to grow and are looking for support for our Payroll Accounting department.

This is what your new job looks like:

  • You will support our payroll accounting team with the payroll accounting of Austrian employees in SAP, with the preparation of payroll accounting for our international employees (Germany, Switzerland, USA) and with the creation of new employees.
  • You will be involved in the creation and administration of employment contracts and various employee agreements.
  • You will be responsible for the electronic filing and administration of the Fabasoft Group's personnel files and work on special projects in Payroll Accounting.

This is how we imagine you:

  • You have completed commercial training (e.g. HAK, HBLA, commercial apprenticeship) and have at least two years' experience in payroll accounting.
  • You work in a precise and structured manner, have a good understanding of figures and an excellent command of German.
  • Ideally, you have SAP experience, which will enable you to support us in the transition to SuccessFactors at the end of the year.
  • You have a payroll accounting qualification and have ideally already completed the payroll accounting academy.
