This is what your new job looks like:

  • You are the first point of contact for customers, employees, and our guests, handling classic office tasks as a team (email processing, telephone coordination, mail management, etc.), and additionally, you are responsible for our fleet management.
  • You keep an overview, take care of the general office organization, manage appointments and organize premises. In other words, you are our administrative memory 😉.
  • You also support our travel planning, travel expense accounting, or our company health management.

This is how we imagine you:

  • You have a completed commercial training, good IT skills and preferably experience in the field of office management.
  • You convince with an accurate, reliable and independent way of working.
  • You have the necessary sensitivity for setting priorities.
  • You are characterized by your charming and open personality, your good manners and your organizational talent.
  • You have excellent German and very good English language skills, and you are willing to continuously further educate yourself.
