We are looking for a mastermind for our CRM product Fabasoft Relations!

What is it all about?

Fabasoft Relations is the Fabasoft Group's CRM software product and is the solution for the entire sales process - from lead generation to customer acquisition.

This is what your new job looks like:

  • You will take overall responsibility for the success and further development of Fabasoft Relations.
  • You will be responsible for the strategic direction of Fabasoft Relations in line with the Group strategy and, together with your team, will drive the operational implementation of a future-oriented product strategy (including AI use cases and SAP S/4HANA integration).
  • You are responsible for the implementation of product requirements for Fabasoft Relations on Fabasoft PROCECO.
  • You will work closely and efficiently with colleagues across the Fabasoft Group, combining existing technologies with new developments to create a unique application on the market.
  • You maintain your product backlog, taking stakeholder requirements into account.

This is how we imagine you:

  • Thanks to your experience in CRM, you understand the needs of stakeholders for a highly professional CRM solution and take control of shaping the future of the product.
  • You have completed a technical or commercial apprenticeship and already have several years of professional experience in a similar role, or at least in a management role with responsibility for areas such as product management or sales and business development, ideally in the digitalization or software environment.
  • You have knowledge of and enthusiasm for cloud native.
  • Your high level of initiative, accuracy, perseverance and assertiveness and very good German and English skills round off your profile.
