Released on 01. October 2018

Employees share documents and information with external persons in the European Cloud

Employees at Deutsche Wohnen SE collaborate with external persons such as partners or supplies via the Fabasoft Cloud.Rising demand with regard to data security and the time and effort involved in the handling of the existing system were the two main reasons why the German listed property company with its headquarters in Berlin was looking for a new solution.

“The Fabasoft Cloud has now completely done away with the need of sending unstructured and untraceable attachmentsby email and in so doing has raised collaboration both internally and externally to a new level”, explains Olga Hamel IT Specialist at Deutsche Wohnen SE.“All our data is stored exclusively in Europe and are protected by the highest standards where security is concerned -this was a fundamental requirement of the new solution”.

“The teamroom concept of the Fabasoft Cloud enables users of the Deutsche Wohnen SE to define and adapt the access rights to sensitive information simply, quickly, centrally and transparently.“This means you can always see who has access to which documents”, adds Andreas Dangl, Business Unit Executive Cloud Services at Fabasoft, as anotherdeciding factor.
