The Advanced course gives you the ability to deepen your knowledge of OneGov GEVER and provides more detailed insights into specific use cases. After the course, you will be able to operate OneGov GEVER as a power user and know the following content in detail.

- the role concept and how authorisations are managed in the filing system
- the special roles ‘Administrator’, ‘Limited Administrator’ & ‘Inbox’
- the options for managing the filing system in the administrator role, including
- how you can deactivate categories
- how you can restrict permitted templates
- how the folder item number manager works
- how to permanently delete documents from the recycle bin
- how you can force checked-out documents to be checked in again
- the functions in the ‘Administration’ area:

- Authorisation reports
- User administration and 2FA management in the GEVER portal
