Fabasoft eGov-Suite is a web-browser-based product and thus access to the system is possible from the internet (including wireless) even from outside the organization. With suitable security infrastructure (such as VPN) secure communication from anywhere, at any time, from various devices, is possible.
Fabasoft eGov-Suite also provides a specific functionality for document editing without an internet connection. This is possible with the help of a check-out (copy) of a locked object, in a local directory on the (mobile) device. Corresponding meta data is “transported”. After editing the objects and/or structures are re-imported into the system – either as revised content or new document.

A key feature of audit-proof archival systems is that information can be found, tracked, and archived in a read-only and forgery-proof way.
Fabasoft eGov-Suite supports the implementation of audit-proof archiving; via the product Fabasoft iArchive. It allows transfer of digital files into a audit-proof archive. Nothing changes for the user when accessing an archived business object within the user interface.
Fabasoft Mindbreeze Enterprise is the on-premises full-text search application for Fabasoft Folio and the Fabasoft eGov-Suite. Fabasoft Mindbreeze Enterprise simply searches through structurally captured contents as well as document contents and displays these clearly as hits. Existing user rights and the application context are maintained. This means that users can process the hits seamlessly, because the application required opens directly from the search hit.
