The Bavarian authorities are increasingly growing into digital organisations. The message of various state and community projects is clear – and with good reason: digital society and digital economy need an appropriate counterpart in the world of public authorities, which is digital administration. In the course of the next few years, public administration will even have to go one step further and become in virtual space what it already is in the real world: a piece of home. Along that way, administration will undergo a profound technological, organisational and sometimes even cultural transformation. The "Zukunftskongress Bayern" will cover this topic together with a number of related challenges.
The event will provide a platform for exchange on current developments in the digitisation process of the state and the communities. On the basis of a solid stocktaking, the focus will be on discussions of concepts, strategies and solutions for the next steps of the digital transformation of the state and the communities. Through an intensive and also controversial discourse, the event aims at helping these administrative levels to create a digital home for their citizens and the economy, side by side with the analogous home. In the year 2018, 290 participants attended the congress hosted at the “Haus der Bayerischen Wirtschaft” in Munich.
We look forward to many interesting discussions at our stand! If you have any questions or would like to book a meeting ahead, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
