How to view and edit Documents - Installation of the Fabasoft Cloud Client
The Fabasoft Cloud Client is responsible for the communication between the Fabasoft Cloud and applications like Microsoft Office or OpenOffice.org. To edit documents the Fabasoft Cloud Client needs to be installed on your system.
If you do not want to install the Fabasoft Cloud Client yet, you will be prompted for installation when you try to open a document

To install the Fabasoft Cloud Client for Microsoft Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox open this URL and follow the instructions.

Apple OS X

To install the Fabasoft Cloud Client for Safari on Mac OS X open this URL and follow the instructions. If you are using OS X 10.7 and a proxy with authentication, you have to add the exceptions ocsp.apple.com in the proxy settings to ensure an error-free installation.

Enterprise Client
In the enterprise environment the installation of software in local user profiles is often not possible (e.g. users are not allowed to execute msi files or during the use of terminal servers). This is where the Fabasoft Cloud Enterprise Client can help.
