Dimitrios Berger is an attorney of the Corporate/M&A team of Walder Wyss Ltd, one of the most successful Swiss commercial law firms. His practice focuses on national and international M&A transactions, public tender offers and other public offerings (ECM/DCM), private equity and venture capital transactions. He also advises FinTech companies on complex regulatory matters and represents market participants before the Swiss regulatory authorities.

Damir Bogdan

Founder, Actvide AG

Damir Bogdan, founder of Actvide, consults companies on digitalization and innovation. He is active in Switzerland as well as in Silicon Valley, mentoring start-ups and organizing strategy workshops for C-Level Executives. Through his consultancy work he builds bridges between Switzerland and Silicon Valley. Plug and Play, a major accelerator in Silicon Valley, mandated him as an Ambassador for Europe as well as an Executive in Residence in Sunnyvale, CA. Damir is partnering with Enterprise Development Group, a strategy consulting company in Palo Alto. He is a well-booked keynote-speaker on Digitalization, disruption and start-ups.
Damir Bogdan is a Senior Advisor at the Institute of Information Management at the University of St. Gallen and member of the Advisory Board for Information Management for four universities as well as member of several IT committees.

Thomas Wunderli

Leiter IT der Migros-Genossenschafts-Bund Logistik Transport

MGB Logistik Transport disponiert und koordiniert die internationalen und überregionalen nationalen Transporte der Migros Gruppe. Jährlich werden 10‘000 Container importiert, täglich 22‘000 Paletten disponiert und über 12 Mio. Ladungsträger koordiniert. Als Leiter IT der M Logistik Transport ist Thomas Wunderli verantwortlich für die IT Systeme der Direktion. Seit seinem Studium als Business Analyst engagiert er sich für moderne Lösungen der Digitalisierung in der Supply Chain. So wurde in den vergangenen Jahren der LT Opex Tower, der 2018 in den USA mit einem Innovations-Award prämiert wurde, als multimodales Überwachungstool für die Migros entwickelt und eingeführt. Dank seinem Werdegang und der Praxiserfahrung ist Thomas Wunderli heute ein gefragter Dozent an der ZHAW sowie Referent auf diversen internationalen Konferenzen und Kongressen zu den Themen Digitalisierung, Blockchain und zunehmend auch Dekarbonisierung in der Supply Chain.
