Team Work
To work in a team at Fabasoft means to mutually support, challenge and encourage each other. Together, we drive forward developments and provide the teams with room for innovation. The most frequently used organizational form in software development is Scrum, while classic project management is used in the implementation of customer projects.

Networking and information exchange

Networking and Information Exchange
The daily joint start into the day at breakfast or at the “daily scrum” provides an ideal platform. At all sites, employees use that opportunity to exchange ideas and discuss the daily agendas. Additionally, the latest developments of all teams are presented during the internal Scrum Demo Days held once a fortnight. During the “Friday morning speech”, the Management Board and Management inform about current topics. 
The intranet and product blogs supplement the pool of information and make it possible to be up-to-date at any time.
