We are currently seeking dynamic support in the role of Investor Relations Manager.

This is what your new job looks like:

  • You are in charge of coordinating the creation and publication of the group’s reporting in accordance with capital market law (quarterly and annual reports) and bear overall organizational responsibility in this regard.
  • You ensure compliance with regulatory capital market law requirements in close consultation with external legal counsel.
  • You oversee all shareholder and analyst inquiries in coordination with finance management and the board of directors.
  • You assume direct responsibility for supervising analysts and investors in selected cases.
  • You prepare and conduct the annual general meetings and IR events as well as investor conferences.
  • You are the gateway to in-house departments and external consultants.
  • You monitor analyst news and prepare management reports.
  • Your tasks include preparing company presentations for the financial market as well as maintaining the Investor Relations section of the website.

Your profile:

  • You have a degree in business administration combined with relevant professional experience in the field of investor relations.
  • You have an extensive grasp of digitalization and of the software industry.
  • You contribute accounting, corporate finance, and sustainability expertise and possess a strong affinity for numbers.
  • Your excellent communicative and interpersonal skills make it easy for you to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You have a motivated and conscientious personality and a professional demeanor.
  • Your excellent command of German and English and your autonomous approach to work round out your professional profile.
