This is what your new job looks like:
- Your main tasks are divided into the areas of certifications, risk management, internal control system as well as internal and external audits.
- You will support all areas of the Fabasoft Group so that the necessary system and product certifications (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 27018, ISO 20000, BSI C5, SOC2, ISAE 3402) can be obtained or extended.
- Among other things, you will take care of the coordination of risk management, coordination of internal and external audits, cooperation in responding to tenders and assessments.
- In your role, you also act as an internal auditor, carry out audits independently, define improvement measures and actively monitor their implementation.
- You are also responsible for the preparation, coordination, monitoring and follow-up of our external audits and take over the definition and follow-up of improvement measures.
This is how we imagine you:
- You have completed a higher education and enjoy working on cross-functional projects. Ideally, you have knowledge of business informatics.
- Ideally, you have knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management and have passed the training to become an ISO 9001 quality manager.
- You also have knowledge in the areas of process management, risk management in connection with an internal control system and audit techniques or are at least willing to acquire these.
- Thanks to your independent working style, your ability to work in a team and your communication skills, you will quickly find your way around new structures.
