Fabasoft app.strudl is installed on all servers involved to measure information such as execution time, dwell time within a service or query and duration of a database query and forward it to the Fabasoft app.strudl server. The results are then finally analysed and evaluated in the Fabasoft app.strudl client. This means that bottlenecks can be tracked down without causing even unpredictable events or performance losses through the troubleshooting process. Fabasoft app.strudl can be described to a certain extent as the guide through the complexity jungle.

The Fabasoft app.strudl 2010 Spring Release once again includes a whole host of new features. The Fabasoft app.strudl client, for example, has been completely redeveloped and is now operated via the web browser. It is now also even easier to view requests and the user gets the information that is relevant for him or her even more quickly and as far as the detailed levels of the application. Additionally it is possible to integrate an app.strudl button in the applications. This enables users to report problematical requests themselves and what has happened in the application concerned can be established quickly and analysed exactly. Another feature that is very practical for fast troubleshooting is that requests can be exported and sent to the software manufacturer. A Service Desk Connector that simplifies and speeds up communication with the software manufacturer's support is also new. The software has been renamed Fabasoft app.strudl in line with the umbrella brand strategy of the Fabasoft Group.
