Predefined Workflows
A predefined workflow process consists of a sequence of serial and/or parallel workflow activities. Conditions and loops are used to determine workflow execution.
Ad hoc Workflows
Users can prescribe ad hoc workflow activities to other groups, user roles and/or users. In this case a user in the course of a business process determines the next workflow activity. The sequence of workflow activities is persisted to track an ad hoc workflow across an organization.
Work List
The work list on a user's desk contains the list of workflow activities assigned to that particular user personally (name based), to one of the groups he belongs to, or to one of his user roles.
E-Mail Integration
The e-mail information service about new activities in the Fabasoft eGov-Suite enables continuous process monitoring and fast processing of new activities without having to be permanently registered in the Fabasoft eGov-Suite.
Signature
The product supports the signing of business objects for review and approval by executing work items in the predefined workflow activity definitions for review and for approval.
Annotations
Post-it, make comments, highlight or black out comments - Working like on paper will be realized with annotations in PDF documents. Previous versions, annotations can be removed again or the original document can be reproduced by recreating (versioning).
