Portal Integration
Web content is created, saved and maintained as Fabasoft eGov-Suite business objects. Thus, the entire performance scope of business objects is also available for the creation and maintenance of a web presence: e.g. role-based access rights, versioning, workflow-based release processes or rule-based saving and archiving of web content. Fabasoft eGov-Suite supports Web Content Management in connection with the Open Source Portal Liferay, an Enterprise Portal solution on the basis of Open Source Software, which supports the Portlet-Standard JSR-168. By this means, the web performance can be implemented as a cost saving portal solution.
E-Services
The Fabasoft eGov-Suite in conjunction with Fabasoft DUCX allows for the definition of electronic forms and publishes them either directly to a web browser or to a portal. Forms can be combined to create a full-featured application with field evaluation, selection and search capabilities, branches depending on input data, document up/download, and so forth.
