The product supports the saving of versions of any type of business object, not only documents. For instance, versions of Document, Case File, User, Group or ACL business objects can also be saved.
Access Rights
The product allows for a concrete organizational hierarchy by means of User and Group business objects. Thereby users work with the organizational hierarchy they are familiar with within the product. The organizational hierarchy can be updated regularly via integrated directory services to reduce the maintenance effort within the product.

The Fabasoft eGov-Suite provides a wide range of efficient search functionalities to support users. Mindbreeze Enterprise Search is integrated in the Fabasoft eGov-Suite and provides powerful full text search applications for searching in different data sources.
Mobile Work
The Fabasoft eGov-Suite enables mobile work on a notebook. Documents can be easily stored on the notebook and will be automatically synchronized until you are online.
