"From the beginning in January 1994, my career at Fabasoft has always been exciting and opened up a number of opportunities and fields of work for me.
I am currently responsible for the area of Education. That includes the Fabasoft Academy (internal training venue for Fabasoft staff), Fabasoft Training (client training) and Fabasoft Press (the Fabasoft publisher).
"Longlife Learning" is a Fabasoft slogan and within the framework of Fabasoft Academy all staff war offered individual opportunities for further vocational training. It is always exciting to work out the new training programm with my trainer colleagues and to follow its implementation.
At the same time I am Product Owner of the "Fabasoft Folio Cloud" product in the Research & Development area. Working on a project ever day with the agile SCRUM team requires skills in many different fields - starting with 3rd level support for Fabasoft products to consulting, training and project management in Professional Services and finally Product Owner, all of which I was able to acquire on the job.
But Fabasoft is not "only" about work. Regular events are also part of our daily routine. I take an active part especially in the sports activities - such as skiing and marathon.
I very much appreciate the continuous development of Fabasoft as well as the personal and professional opportunities at my disposial here, because each and every employee is both challenged and sponsored in equal measure."
