Archiving with Fabasoft iArchive
Fabasoft offers with Fabasoft iArchive Online Archiving the possibility to transfer data to archive systems from different suppliers in a revision-safe manner.
With Fabasoft iArchive - Archive Information System Fabasoft provides an archive management system. The data is stored in XML format. So it will be possible to read the archived data in future independently of the software the data was created with.
Fabasoft and SAP R/3
Fabasoft eGov-Suite, Fabasoft eCRM-Suite, and Fabasoft Folio 2007 provide the features of an enterprise archive system based on their architecture, functional range, and supplied interfaces. It is possible in combination with Fabasoft iArchiveLink to use them as an archive for SAP R/3.
Archiving E-Mail
With Fabasoft iArchiveExchange incoming e-mails at the Microsoft Exchange server are filtered based on defined rules and imported as objects into Fabasoft eGov-Suite or Fabasoft Folio 2007 and archived for a certain time.
Attachments stay on the Microsoft Exchange server for a defined time. After the time has expired the attachment is only available in Fabasoft eGov-Suite or Fabasoft Folio 2007. In the e-mails a link to the attachment object will be inserted instead of the file.
