The Integration
The SAP ArchiveLink interface enables SAP systems to integrate the business processes implemented in SAP and the appropriate documents. Scanned original documents (e.g. scanned invoices) will be linked to the appropriate business objects and are available in the business process. Fabasoft eGov-Suite and Fabasoft Folio 2007 get an SAP content server by means of the product Fabasoft iArchiveLink. Based on OLE automation the user interfaces of SAP and Fabasoft Components are linked.
The certified Fabasoft implementation of the SAP ArchiveLink interface is Fabasoft iArchiveLink which provides following functionalities:
- Depending on the scenario for depositing documents, documents with mechanism as bar code or the Fabasoft workflow are deposited in Fabasoft suites.
Optionally contents will be handed over directly to Fabasoft iArchive ("Storage for later entry", "Assign and Storage", or "Storage and Entry"). - The deposit of outgoing documents, printing lists, or archive data is done in the SAP application or in the SAP message control. They can be deposited directly in Fabasoft suites or in Fabasoft iArchive.
