The standard products Fabasoft eGov-Suite and Fabasoft Folio have so far achieved the best results worldwide in the SAP tests.
Fabasoft Folio and the Fabasoft eGov-Suite import around 1.3 million documents per hour, which is over 60% higher than the previous record (800,000 documents per hour) held by a competitor. The documents are imported into the SAP archive using Fabasoft iArchiveLink, which is integrated in the Fabasoft eGov-Suite and Fabasoft Folio as a standard feature.
Besides the functional suitability as a fully-fledged SAP archive, the Fabasoft software products demonstrated in measurable terms their technological lead regarding throughput, effectiveness and stability in the course of the SAP ArchiveLink certification.
The SAP ArchiveLink interface makes it possible to archive SAP systems, the business processes and the associated documents in the Fabasoft products seamlessly and with high performance. Original scanned-in documents such as incoming invoices, for example, are linked to the associated SAP business objects – the records – and are available from both the business process and also the record. Thanks to the product component Fabasoft iArchiveLink, the Fabasoft eGov-Suite 7.0 and Fabasoft Folio 2007 are a secure, highly efficient and scalable SAP Content Server.
