Focus of Gartner Portals, Content & Collaboration Summit 2007 in Las Vegas were new perceptions by IT-investments. This affects for example new requirements users have and also new software delivery models. Also businesses do not want software to cut cost but to create value. IT is no longer about automation but rather augmentation. This includes for example software for information aggregation or context-based search software.

Helmut Fallmann, member of the managing board Fabasoft AG, presented the holistic view of Fabasoft towards Enterprise Content Management. David Cloyd, Managing Director Fabasoft Corporation, spoke about the importance of Content Enabled Vertical Applications (CEVAs) for efficient content governance.

At the booth of Fabasoft the company presented its software products Fabasoft Folio 2007, Fabasoft DUCX 2007, Fabasoft Operations Manager 2007 and Mindbreeze Enterprise Search.
