The Main topic of this congess was eGovernment with all its technical and organizational possibilites.

Roland Ledinger of the federal chancellery of Austria gave in his speech an insight into the ELAK (Elektronischer Akt). The ELAK is used in 12 ministries in Austria and is based upon the Fabasoft eGov-Suite. Fabasoft presented during this congress its standard software product Fabasoft eGov-Suite which realises digital business processes in the public sector. This many time certified product for document management, records, assignment and process management as well content management with an authors' web portal is sucessfully applied in administrations offices in Europe.
