Christoph tells:
"I have been working for Fabasoft since June 2004. After taking part in the six-week lasting basic training within the Fabasoft Academy I started to work as consultant in Vienna. I was involved in existing projects and had to coach our clients during the application of our products. I could gain valuable experience in consulting, customer attendance and in the project area. The engagement was worth it. I was allowed to attend the training for Certified Project Manager (based on IPMA).
After I had gained this certification I was deployed as project manager in Switzerland, where I was responsible for the implementation of the Fabasoft eGov-Suite at major authorities of the Swiss Federal Government. My career reached its peak when I was nominated Head of Professional Services Switzerland. In this job I am also dealing with sales-items, bid management, personnel management and marketing.
During this 3 years at Fabasoft I was enabled to develop from consultant to divisional head within an intercultural surrounding. I appreciate Fabasoft`s education plans and the fact that we are developed as well as challenged."
